First-year discounts are clearly labeled. Renewal price is shown right next to the intro price before you add anything to cart.
No hidden fees
ICANN fees, taxes, and transfer charges are itemized upfront. We don't bury mandatory costs in the final checkout step.
Lock-in-free renewals
Renewal price never jumps 3x without warning. If we ever change pricing, you get 90 days notice and the option to lock your current rate for one cycle.

WHOIS privacy included
Every domain gets WHOIS privacy at no extra charge. We don't charge a premium to protect your home address and phone number from public scrapers.
Zero data brokerage
We do not sell, rent, or share your registration data, DNS queries, or traffic patterns with marketers, data brokers, or "analytics partners."
Zero-log DNS
Our resolver keeps zero logs. We don't record what you looked up, when, or where from. No "anonymized" query dumps either.
No Auto-Renew Surprises
You decide when to pay. Not us.
Clear renewal reminders
We email you 30 days, 7 days, and 24 hours before any renewal. No silent charges while you're on vacation.
One-click cancellation
Turn off auto-renew anytime from your dashboard. No support ticket required. No "retention specialist" phone call.
Grace period
If a renewal does slip through, you have 72 hours after the charge to request a full refund, no questions asked.
Fair Refund Policy
If you're not happy, you get your money back. Simple.
30-day domain refunds
New domain registrations can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. No "restocking" fees.
Pro-rata service refunds
Cancel hosting, DNS, or infrastructure plans anytime and receive a pro-rata refund for unused months.
No hostage tactics
If you cancel, we give you the auth code immediately. We don't hold your domain hostage or charge an "exit fee."
